721: QUALIFIER: THE ALL IRELAND NATIVE BREED DOG CHAMPIONSHIP
PRESENTED BY THE IRISH SHOWS ASSOCIATION & BALLINASLOE SHOW
RULES AND CONDITIONS
1.This competition is confined to Irish Native Breed any variety- dog/bitch
Which are as follows
A) Irish Glen of Imaal Terrier
B) Irish Red Setter
C) Irish Red & White Setter
D) Irish Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier
E) Irish Terrier
F) Irish Water Spaniel
G) Irish Wolfhound
H) Kerry Beagle
I) Kerry Blue
2.Two dogs to qualify from each qualifying show.
3.Entries in this championship cannot compete in any other dog classes at Ballinasloe Show,
These rules should be read in conjunction with the ISA Rules
Entry Fee : To Qualifying show €3.00 To Final: €6.00
PRIZES: 1st €150 Perpetual Trophy for Winner
2nd €100, 3rd €75, 4th €50, 5th €25
FINAL: BALLINALSOE SHOW Saturday 26th September 2026
- All dogs must be over 6 months old.
- Must have up to date vaccinations and worming.
- Dogs must be on a lead at all times. Please clean up after your dog.
- Breeds on stewards list will be strictly applied.
- Judges reserve the right to remove a dog from the ring at any stage.
- The committee reserves the right to amalamate or cancel any classes where insufficient entries ar received.
